I had a horrible experience at your store due to the manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior. I paid for my ice cream he stated that it did not go through I went back to pay but noticed the 5.37 I owed was taken out of my account I showed him the notification proving that $5.37 was taken out of my account, but he kept insisting the payment did not go through and argued with me instead of helping resolve the issue. My friends and I stayed calm and respectful the entire time, but he continued talking over us and tried making me pay again even though the money had already been deducted. He then made my friend pay and told us to come back another day for a refund. When I said I no longer wanted the ice cream and asked him to refund my friend after they had paid, he only refunded $5 instead of the full $5.37. To make matters worse, he embarrassed me and my friend by making a scene and telling us to not come back. Throwing a 5 dollar bill at my friend and very dramatically and unnecessarily slammed the ice cream in the trash again, making a scene. Not only have I experienced this unprofessional behavior many others have aswell.

me and my boyfriend came here to get ice cream cause we have great things about this place. but the second we walked in there was a weird stench and the workers there gave us disgusting weird looks while we were waiting to order. me and my boyfriend just decided to ignore it and then ordered and left. when we were sitting in the car we noticed the same stench coming from our ice cream so my boyfriend tried it and he literally spit it out and said it tasted like expired milk. personally i will never be coming here because of that. absolutely disgusting. too bad i cant leave a 1 star review

Just went yesterday with my toddler. A lot of the milk flavors are a little underwhelming. They chocolate should be more chcolate-y, the tart yogurt needs be more tart! That said, the raspberry sorbet was divine. Please keep that on the menu! I'm lactose intolerant but my son enjoys the milk based flavors. We will be certainly be back! It's still a good deal for what you get. I used to go to Pinkberry in NYC and it was $13 for one tiny yogurt with a few scant toppings. We got twice that amount for the same price at Zoyo, with tons of toppings.

My husband and I came here for the first time tonight and I am so happy we did!!! Fresh fruit toppings (even at 9PM), amazing flavor choices (I got a mix of salted caramel & cake batter!!!), great topping selections, and friendly customer service!! The topping selection was very large and included all of our favorites plus a few I haven’t seen before! I did marshmallow on top but they also have 7 other sauces to choose from! Highly highly recommend! Will be coming back very soon (:
